So I think I never sleep and the longer I go into the night and eventually into the morning I don't feel like sleeping. Instead of sleeping I watch tv, movies, Netflix, music videos, YouTube videos, "other" videos and more. Most recently I have been binge watching The League. What keeps you from sleep at night? What do you start doing that you don't want to stop doing to sleep?

Insomnia keeps me from sleeping at night. Somehow I'm better off getting tired and taking a power nap on a couch.
